5.  Presentation of the Electoral Roll – Alison Walters

6.  Annual Report & Accounts 2023:

 

6.1 Presentation of Annual Accounts for the year ended 31.12.2023 – Andrew Coombes, Treasurer

6.2 Appointment of Rachel Hillman as Independent Examiner

6.3 Acceptance of the Annual Report & Accounts for the PCC including our mission activities for the year ended 31.12.2023.

6.4 Acceptance of the PCC Working Groups Annual Governance Report, including Deanery Synod Report.

 

7.   Report of Church Activities in the Parish in 2023.

 

8.   PCC Elections - Nominations (to be notified at the meeting):

Following this year’s revision of the Electoral Roll we have 200+ members. This allows us to elect up 15 lay representatives to the PCC. At the time of the APCM we are likely to have up to six vacancies.

 

9.    Vacancy Update – presentation by Andrew Coombes

 

10.  Any other business.
